Dr. Abdulla Al Ghfeli is a UAE-licensed Prosthodontist with 10 years of advanced clinical experience in restorative dentistry and prosthodontics. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Ireland in 2014, his Master’s degree in Prosthodontics in Boston in 2021, and completed his ADPI Fellowship in 2022.
He provides comprehensive care in fixed, removable, and full-arch prosthodontics, integrating advanced digital workflows such as CAD/CAM design and computer-guided implant planning to achieve precise, predictable outcomes. Alongside his role at Tham Oral Care, Dr. Abdulla also practices at SEHA/Al Ain Dental Center and with Abu Dhabi Police Medical Services, where he manages complex prosthodontic cases and mentors colleagues in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care. Earlier in his career, he gained broad general dentistry experience and developed strong surgical skills through internships and rotations in public health and hospital settings.
Committed to continual professional development, Dr. Abdulla has enriched his training with academic exposure at Tufts University and stays engaged with the latest advances in prosthodontics and implantology. It is one of the most relaxing dental clinics I ever visited. The atmosphere and vibe is more like a spa than a clinic. Dr. Julanar was very attentive and explained everything with great detail and genuinely cares about patients and is obviously passionate about dentistry. I highly recommend GBT as an alternative for scaling for those of you who are sensitive or don’t like traditional scaling. Will be back to sort out some fillings later this week but can’t recommend this place (and this dentist in particular) enough!
Hands down the best cleaning you can get—especially with braces. They have fancy technology that makes the process seamless and leaves your teeth looking brand new without the feeling of being scraped!

I took advantage of Tham’s soft-opening offer of a free checkup, and I went straight into a cleaning, which was thorough and reasonably priced. Dr. Jollanar is professional and friendly. It had been a long time since my last cleaning, but the visit was entirely positive, free from any dreaded Dentist Guilt. As soon as I verify insurance coverage, I plan to go back for a filling replacement, but I appreciate that Dr. Jollanar didn’t try to push any expensive, unnecessary treatments — just sensible, professional dentistry.

I have been seeing dr osmat for the last three years, he quickly became our family dentist treated my father my sister and me i will follow him where ever he goes, i visited him in the new clinic and i was amazed the new place absolutely beautiful the luxury and technology befitting such a talented dentist i have done GBT cleaning this time in tham and it was completely different than any previous cleaning i had it was comforting and completely painless i highly recommend i cant do normal cleaning anymore only GBT from now on!!!
